A new public data network set by Ministry of Post and Telecommunications of France, which performed an experiment on operation in 1976, then on connection with DATAPAC public network of Canada in 1977.; 法国邮电部兴建的一种新型公共数据网。该网于1976年进行试验性运行，1977年与加拿大DATAPAC公用数据网进行了连接试验。
